The temporary air conditioning system crosses the clock tower quad and burrows into the buildings on the east corner of the Santa Monica College main campus, Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday, October 24, 2019. The system provides cool air to the Life and Physical Science Building West Wing, Cayton Center & Cafeteria, Liberal Arts Building and Letters and Science Building, at an average cost of over $200,00 per month.
